We have all of our pups checked by our vet before they leave us.  The form showing this, along with any notes regarding your pup, will be included here on the health certificate.  We have a fecal exam performed on all of our puppies and this will be noted on the health certificate as well.  Take this to the vet with you when your pup is taken for their well pup visit.

We will include a copy of our health guatantee for you to have.  Please read this carefully as it talks about the conditions in which we will replace your pup in the event a vet discovers a congential defect.

We will include a health record booklet that will show you all of the vaccines and the dates they were givien. Other information, such as the microchip number, will also be located here.  We recommend just taking this with you when you take your pup to the vet for their first well pup visit.

Depending  on how your pup is registered (AKC,ACA,ICA), you will receive their registration form in your packet.  You will just need to finish filling the registration form out and mail it in with the fee.  You will receive the official registration in the mail within a few weeks.  Most of the registries have an online option where you can just log onto their website and complete the registration there.  Just look over your form to find all of this information.

Your pup will be microchipped.  You will only need to register the microchip with your information.  You may fill this form out online at www.MARRSmicrochip.com  -  You will need the microchip number that will be in the upper right hand corner of this form.
